Calendar & Booking

Vector ToDo includes a built-in calendar for personal scheduling and company-level resource booking.

Personal calendar

Create events, set start and end times, add notes, and link them to your tasks. Your personal calendar is visible only to you unless you choose to share it.

Company calendar

If you are part of a company workspace, the company calendar lets you book meeting rooms and reserve shared inventory. All team members can see room availability in real time.

Calendar views

Switch between three views depending on how you want to see your schedule:

• Day — detailed hour-by-hour view
• Week — plan your entire week at a glance
• Month — big-picture overview of upcoming events

Conflict detection

When booking a meeting room, Vector ToDo automatically checks for conflicts. If the room is already reserved at the requested time, you will see a warning and suggested alternatives.
